For quite some time I had been searching for a method that could help me relax and feel more balanced. Although I tried various courses which promised- and cost- me a lot, none of the methods really worked for me.SINOGY Qigong is different though. With SINOGY Qigong I found an exercise and relaxation technique that makes me feel more balanced and settled. It offers me other benefits as well. It has positive effects on my work, where it helps me make better decisions. My eating patterns have become healthier- I don’t raid the kitchen as much anymore! Sleep has also improved and in general, I feel more refreshed in the morning.
Fundamentally, SINOGY Qigong is about energy for me. When I have done a SINOGY Qigong session, I experience a combination of feeling invigorated and more relaxed at the same time. It brings about a balance and helps me keep things in perspective.
Although I have a busy life, I really think practising SINOGY Qigong is an effective use of time. Afterwards, I’m always glad that I made the effort. An extra bonus is if you can go to one of the classes. There is a collective energy that comes into play that can be very powerful.
Before I started to practise SINOGY Qigong, I had the feeling I wouldn’t be able to do it. I remember thinking “I’m going to make a fool of myself.” But I was wrong and I was surprised that the exercises were so easy.
And what is even better; I’m actually experiencing good results. For example, I can now concentrate more; and my eyesight has improved- I see things more clearly. I also feel stable and stronger physically. My core stability and balance are much better, which gives me greater confidence.
I would say SINOGY Qigong is a perfect way to start one’s day.
One of the things I like about SINOGY Qigong is that it combines movements and quiet moments. This approach really helps me to cope with distractions and calm my mind. In daily life, it helps me focus more on my goals and not sweat the small stuff.
I am more philosophical and less overwhelmed by things I can’t control. In short, I would say SINOGY Qigong helps me deal with the stresses in my work. On a personal level, I am able to put more into perspective. Because I feel more at ease with myself, I am having better relationships with the people around me.
Before doing SINOGY Qigong I had no idea what qigong was. Now, I think qigong gives you a really strong mind-body connection, which helps you to feel more in tune with yourself. I find it non-intimidating and accessible. Anyone can give it a go.
